She has earned a paralegal certification from Penn State University.

Critelli said, “Nancy has dedicated her career to furthering the financial well-being of Norwood Financial and Wayne Bank, and there are few people as deserving of such recognition.” Hart joined the bank in 1979 as a member of the bookkeeping department. Over the course of her career with Wayne Bank, she has held various positions, and in 2001 was promoted to vice president. Nancy has earned an associate’s degree, with honors in banking and finance through the American Institute of Banking.

Of French, Critelli said, “Wayne Bank’s most valuable asset is our employees. Ryan has done an exceptional job managing the human resources operation of the bank, and we are confident in his continued success.” French joined Wayne Bank in August of 2009 as assistant vice president and director human resources.
